Position Summary

  •  Responsible for managing and supporting a specific class of trade through the use of sales and marketing strategies.  The classes include Contracted, Bid, or Consignment dealers and sub-marketers.
  •  Provides excellent customer support, including but not limited to explanation of sales/marketing programs, credit, collections, and site image/maintenance.
  •  Achieves sales growth targets through contract renewals; competitive conversions, wholesale bids and NTI’s.
  •  Ensures that the minimum Brand requirements are being met and that mystery shop scores are within approved targets.
  •  Performs Sales and Fuel Inventory audits as required.
  •  Completes image evaluations by outlined time frames.
  •  Collects all monies owed or outstanding as appropriate and provides weekly reconciliation if necessary. Works closely with Wholesale billing and A/R managers to ensure dealers are within credit terms
  •  Completes station and/or dealer visits at least once per month.
  •  Acts as backup for and supports other Representatives as needed.
  •  Ensures proper handling and distribution of company funds.
  •  Maintains confidentiality of company, client, and vendor information.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  •  5 years of wholesale sales and/or retail or marketing experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  •  Experience in the energy, convenience store, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries preferred
  •  Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Google Suite experience preferred 
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
  •  Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
